The Law Office of Angie M. Elquist provides experience, confidentiality and discretion in all legal matters.  Angie has over eighteen years of legal experience since graduating law school. She was Lander County District Attorney and handled all criminal and civil matters for Lander County.  She has also worked for Humboldt County as Deputy District Attorney and the State of Nevada as Deputy Attorney General.

Angie primarily handles estate planning and probate matters.  She drafts Living (Revocable) Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney for Finance and Health Care, Living Wills, Certifications of Trust, Deeds and Homesteads.

Angie worked for a small firm in Reno for three years and handled business and general litigation matters, which included drafting complaints, motions, and appeal briefs.

Angie was born and raised in Nevada, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She also received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She received her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.

Angie has volunteered as a Child’s Advocate Attorney through Washoe Legal Services. In addition, she taught a 400 level legal jurisprudence course at the University of Nevada, Reno.
