Kuba Jewgieniew

Realty ONE Group does things differently. While others resist change, we embrace it – looking to the future while being ever watchful of what is happening today. What began as an idea which then turned into the answer for an industry that lacked broker and marketing support, Realty ONE Group was launched by Founder and CEO Kuba Jewgieniew in 2005. Our entire team is dedicated to developing innovative yet practical solutions that allow us to adapt and take the lead in our industry so that our brokerage doesn’t just survive…it thrives!

Ryan Borden

Ryan Borden began his Real Estate career in 2006. In 2008 he was awarded an REO contract from Wells Fargo and GMAC financing. Over the course of the next 4 years, he listed and sold 420+ REO properties. As the REO market cooled in 2012, he started a team consistently selling 100+ homes per year for the next 7 years.

During that time, he was also the managing broker for a large real estate firm with approximately 65 agents. In 2018, he crossed paths with the Regional director for Realty ONE Group, and quickly realized that the company fell directly in line with his vision for the
future of Real Estate. In May of 2019 he opened Realty ONE Group Eminence in Reno Nevada.
During the first year of operation, Realty ONE Group Eminence was the fastest growing Real Estate company in Northern Nevada and continues to experience exponential growth.

The transition process can seem overwhelming and a lot of work. Don’t worry we have tons of experience and will make sure the transition is smooth and painless.

We even have a full time Community Manager to assist you. We will send you a complete packet electronically with everything you need. Here is a brief breakdown:

1. PRINT OUT TERMINATION FORM

Log into NRED ( http://red.nv.gov/ ) and print out the Real Estate Termination form 505. Fill out section 1 and 2 ( Tip: Do not fill out the termination date. Let the broker do that.)

2. NOTIFY CURRENT BROKER

We recommend doing this by email. Send the 505 to your current broker letting them know that you have decided to leave the company. Not sure what to say? We have email templates ready for you.
